You're invested in your riding. You practice your horsemanship skills, you take great care of your horse, and you're always looking for ways to improve your approach, but all of this hard work doesn't seem to be reflected in your performance.

The problem is that your mental preparation doesn't match your horsemanship, making it difficult for you to present your horse's strengths in the arena.

The solution is developing your mindset. It's learning and practicing techniques that you use during practice and the show pen to keep calm, manage pressure, and show up as the best leader possible to your horse.

After the From Practice to Performance: Strategies for Show Success Webinar, you'll have confidence creating and carrying out your show plan. You'll have strategies to help keep you calm and focused from the time you register for the show to the time you exit the arena after a performance.

Whilst all sessions in the PPM Program gave me the tools to be more mindful in how I approach my riding both at home and at shows, the Winners Mindset session hit home to me.
Breaking it down into all facets of MY Perfect Run was so powerful. I still to this day read it before I go show to help center myself back to what it will look like, how it will feel and my goal with my teammate Shooter.

The mental game is as important as the physical game in our sport. It is awesome to have someone who is a mental coach as well as a Reining trainer to put together an amazing program to help us in developing ourselves and help us achieve our very best with our horse partners. Thank you Gil!!!

We had a really good show this past weekend. I used the “chase the rabbit” a lot and our 3 point technique. My mind was more tuned in and stress was so much lower.
Thanks for all you do.
